i have doodled, scribbled & sketched them on & off
but nothing clicked, then all of a sudden
last night for the first time in oh so long
i had such an urge to just paint
and im so very glad i did
I am Ruthie, a pictorial storyteller painting tales of country ways, olden days, folklore, myth and magic, surrounded by beauty here in South West Scotland.

ReplyDeleteI love your drawings Ruthie...especially this mermaid. Here is a little story for you... just 2 days ago I bought my 4 year old a little tiny 2" tall metal mermaid that we are going to put in our secret garden. I wanted to make her a special spot in the center of a mandala so she wouldn't get lost... Isn't that weird? We must be guided by the same little angels... or faeries! PS.
